MESSAGE FROM PRESBYTER DESK
CSI - The Church of The Divine Patience

It is my joy to share few words of Pastoral message to the Parishioners who are in here in Madurai Railway Colony and the Divine Patience Diaspora world wide.

The Church life has grown into deeper sense of commitment and Christian fellowship thus far since 1928 to 2025. We are aiming to meet out the centenary celebration of our church in the year 2028.

As we all reminded again and again with our church dictum A.M.D.G. means "FOR THE GREATER GLORY OF GOD" our growth is connected in church life over ten decades.
The early protestant missionary Trios who were landed in Bengal one among them was missionary William Carey propagated in his missionary approach with the following clarity said " Attempt Great things for God and Expect Great things from God" If we expect any great things from God we are expected to attempt Great things for God.
The quality and nature of church is rooted in the word ' Ecclessia' means 'called out' it is not necessarily only to mean building or architecture but the vibrancy and life of the congregation to project the love towards ourselves, within us, and to the community in which we live among people of all faiths.

So let us seek the Kingdom of God with the faith as we all belonged to God's family as Our Lord Jesus said in.

Matt 6:33

Empower
Growth

Dear Beloved Congregation,

As we reflect on the year 2025, our hearts are filled with gratitude for each and every one of you. This year has been a powerful testament to what God can do through a faithful, loving, and committed community.

Thank you for your prayers, your generosity, your service, and your steadfast presence. Whether you served quietly behind the scenes, volunteered your time and talents, supported the church through giving, or simply showed up week after week with open hearts-your faithfulness has made a lasting difference.

Together, we worshiped, grew, served our neighbors, supported one another through challenges, and celebrated God's goodness in countless ways. Your kindness and unity continue to be a living witness of Christ's love in our church and beyond.

As we step into a new year, we do so with hope and expectation, trusting that God will continue to guide us and work through us. Thank you for being an essential part of this church family and for walking this journey of faith together.

May God richly bless you and your families, and may the year ahead be filled with peace, joy, and renewed purpose.

With sincere gratitude,
The Church Leadership
